Cancellation Policy
To provide an exceptional and seamless experience for each guest, I kindly asked that you reviewed the booking policy:
*Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice will occur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service
* Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service scheduled
* If a client is 15 minutes late, they will be considered a “ no-show” and will forfeit their appointment
This policy allows me time to notify standby guests of any openings while helping maintain a full schedule, so I can best serve all clients.
